Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We are unable to guarantee changes to your order once your purchase has been made. However, we’ll do our best. Email us at returns@jojomommy.com if you’d like us to try. 

How quickly will my order be processed?

We aim to ship out every order within two business days, if not sooner. Please allow up to one week for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Preorder ship dates will be noted on each preorder item.

How long does it take to receive a monogrammed item?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your monogram item to be shipped.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. 

Can I place an order online, to pick it up in-store?

Absolutely! Choose in-store pickup at check out. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. This is typically within a couple of business hours for in-stock items.

What are your store hours?

Our typical store hours are 10-5 Monday through Saturday. We are open Sundays at certain times of the year. We keep our store hours current on Google.

How do I make a return or exchange?

We are unable to orchestrate exchanges online. 

What is an age-appropriate gift for the child I’m shopping for?

How often do you receive new arrivals? What’s the best way to keep track?

Does Jojo Mommy have its own label?

No! Jojo Mommy offers a wide selection of best-selling classic children’s brands such as Little English, James & Lottie, Bella Bliss, and Sal & Pimenta

I think my son or daughter has outgrown your selection. What sizes do you carry?

We carry clothing, shoes, books, toys, and other accessories for newborns all the way through size 14!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We offer both digital and physical gift cards. You can purchase them in store or right here.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes, we can gift wrap most items. If gift wrap is available, you’ll have the option to select gift wrap when you add your item to cart. When an item is gift wrapped we will automatically cross out prices from the tags and packing slip. Please be sure to include a gift message for us to write on our complementary gift tags. Or, you can purchase a greeting card or gift enclosure card here. 

Why do you want my email address?

We’d like to send you your tracking information as soon as your order ships. We also love to keep you in the loop when new arrivals become available. 

How can I get on the waitlist for preorders or an item that’s coming back in stock?

If an option is out of stock and coming back into stock there will be a 'Notify Me When Available' button. Click that and we will send you an email when it comes back in stock.

Is there a difference between a size 4T and 4?

Some brands offer both sizes. Some brands manufacture just one or the other. When both a size 4T and 4 are offered by a brand, the size 4 will be slightly longer in length and slightly larger in width.

Are size 24 Months and size 2T the same thing?

No, size 24 months is slightly smaller than size 2T.
