Policy: Jojo Mommy is happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from receiving your purchase in the mail or making your purchase in store.
Sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, books, monogrammed items, and special orders are FINAL SALE.
Guidelines for returning items purchased online:
- Returns are accepted for items that have been submitted for return within 14 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.
- You will have 3 days to return items to either in store or USPS.
- Returns should be in their original condition, unworn, in original packaging and with tags still attached.
- Shipping labels will be provided once you have completed the return process here. Shipping cost will be deducted from the return.
- All returns will be sent to JoJo Mommy at 7801 Inwood Road Dallas Texas 75209.
