Returns & Return Policy

Policy:

You have 14 days to make returns from receiving your purchase in the mail or making your purchase in store. 

Sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, books, monogrammed items, and special orders are FINAL SALE.

Guidelines for returning items purchased online:

• Returns are accepted for items that have been submitted for return within 14 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.
• You will have 3 days to return items to either in store or USPS.
• Returns should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. 
• Shipping labels will be provided once you have completed the return process here. Shipping cost will be deducted from the return. 
• All returns will be sent to JoJo Mommy at 7801 Inwood Road Dallas Texas 75209.
